Back Home Again: Keith Urban Books a Show in His Birthplace

Capitol NashvilleFor the first time in his life, Keith Urban will finally get to do a major show where he was born. While you might assume that’d be Australia -- you’d be wrong. Though Keith grew up “down under,” he was actually born in New Zealand.

“I’m so psyched about finally getting to play a real show in the country of my birth,” the “Wasted Time” hitmaker says. “The last time I played music there, I was in a duo playing every weekend at a pub…and I was 17. This is gonna be an amazing feeling!”

Keith takes the Ripcord World Tour to Westpac Stadium in Wellington on December 3. Carrie Underwood, who also joins him on his December dates in Australia, will play for the first time in New Zealand as well.
