Blake Shelton steps into the circle for two special Opry shows during CMA Fest

© Grand Ole Opry/Photo by Chris Hollo For the second year in a row, Blake Shelton will play the Grand Ole Opry on the Thursday night of CMA Fest.

Luke Combs, Josh Turner and Country Music Hall-of-Famers the Oak Ridge Boys and Charley Pride will join the star of The Voice for two Opry shows on June 7. Tickets for the 7 and 9:30 p.m. CT events go on sale Wednesday.

The newly-scheduled Thursday editions of the Opry join two special Tuesday outings starring Carrie Underwood, as well as the usual Friday and Saturday shows. There’s also a matinee of Opry Country Classics Saturday afternoon at the Ryman in downtown Nashville.
