Carrie Underwood Proves She’s Entertainer-Worthy, Kicking Off Her Fall Tour with Two Sell-Outs

Arista NashvilleIt’s been five years since a female won CMA Entertainer of the Year, when Taylor Swift took home the trophy in 2011. But Carrie Underwood may very well be about to give the history books a little update.

Not only did the “Dirty Laundry” songstress pick up four CMA nods last week, including her first mention in the Entertainer category, she also resumed her Storyteller Tour, selling out the Anchorage, Alaska, and Spokane, Washington, dates right off the bat. Carrie and company roll on this week, as her in-the-round concerts stop in Seattle on Thursday night, before heading to San Jose, California, on Saturday.
