UPDATE…Teen Missing traveling from Danielsville On Way to Elberton

Elbert County Sheriff Melvin Andrews has confirmed that Danielsville Police in neighboring Madison County are on the lookout for a teenager who has been reported missing while on her way to Elberton.

Danielsville Police say that 18-year-old Julie Mosier left a home in Danielsville, around 5 a.m. on Thursday, July 12 heading to Elberton. According to reports, she used her phone to make a call at 5:51 a.m. That was the last time anyone heard from Mosier.

Mosier is described as 5-feet-5-inches tall with a weight of around 125 pounds. She has green eyes and blonde hair and was driving a black 1994 Chevrolet Lumina that has red pinstripes and a tag number of RHR5983.

Update: Police have learned that Julie was last seen traveling north on highway 29 near Irvin Kirk Rd. at 5:14 a.m. on a surveillance camera at a local business
