Dolly Parton Plans National Re-Broadcast of "Smoky Mountains Rise" Telethon on Monday

The Dollywood Foundation/Webster Public RelationsIf you missed Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountains Rise telethon last Tuesday, you’ll have the chance to catch it again on Monday night.

getTV will re-air the 3-hour benefit for The Dollywood Foundation’s My People Fund, which is donating $1000 a month for the next half-year to the more than 1300 families that lost their primary residences in the raging East Tennessee wildfires late last month.

At last check, the star-studded telethon has raised more than $9 million, with those affected getting their first checks this week.
