Outstanding volunteers during the 2015 season were recognized for all of their hard work, talent and skill. During the awards evening, audience members got to see a sneak peek of the upcoming Kids Camp show Aladdin Kids as youth performers Lila Layne, Walker Layne, Cadence Noggle, Sydney Prince, Rachel Thompson and Avery Whitfield danced to “Prince Ali”, and Lauren Clamp acted out a wedding monologue from the upcoming Encore production of Always a Bridesmaid. The audience also got to see a review of two shows from the previous season: Actors Gunnar Hartley and Zack Jarrell reprised their roles from Red, White & Tuna and had the audience slapping the tables in laughter. Karen Hardy and the Nunsense Band also returned to perform “Growing Up Catholic” and “Turn Up the Spotlight” from the season’s only musical.
