Elberton Police made four arrests following an undercover underage alcohol investigation conducted November 17 with the City Marshal’s Office in collaboration with agents from the Georgia Department of Revenue Alcohol & Tobacco Division.
Charged with the sale of alcohol to a minor were:
• Stephanie Marie Redington, 29, of Dewy Rose, an employee of the Hop-In Shell Station;
• Tricia Ann Tasi, 26, of Elberton, an employee of the Circle K store;
• Andrea Lynn Baird, 24, of Tignall, an employee of JP Elberton / Marathon Gas; and
• Myra Gwendolyn Perrin, 59, of Elberton, an employee of the V&N Lounge.
According to the police report, the case investigation continues.
Meanwhile… A 37-year-old Elberton man faces a felony probation violation charge after his arrest by the Elbert County Sheriff’s Office on Friday evening.
Terrell J. Henderson was also charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain lane following a traffic stop on Martin Villa Road at 10:37 p.m., according to the sheriff’s report.
