Follow Your Arrow: Kacey Musgraves heads to South Africa to play with Jay-Z, Beyonce and Oprah

ABC/Randy HolmesKacey Musgraves is set to perform alongside Jay-ZBeyonceEd SheeranPearl Jam'Eddie Vedder, and others at the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 event later this year in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Oprah Winfrey, UsherPharrell WilliamsNaomi CampbellGayle King, and Tyler Perry will also be on hand for the December 2 gathering at FNB Stadium, put on by international advocacy organization Global Citizen.

Oprah will give a special keynote address remembering the work of civil rights leader Nelson Mandela. The organization will launch a city-wide cleanup program in Johannesburg as well, while also working to build skills and leadership opportunities for young people in South Africa.

Comedy Central’s Trevor Noah, who was born in South Africa, will host the event. You’ll also be able to see highlights during a special edition of The Daily Show with Trevor Noah on Monday, December 2 at 11 p.m. ET.
