"I’ll Name the Dogs" becomes Blake Shelton’s 25th career #1

Trae Patton/NBCBlake Shelton heads into the holiday season this year by celebrating the 25th #1 of his career, as “I’ll Name the Dogs” ascends to the top of the country chart.

“What a great way to end 2017…” Blake says. “As I look back over another incredible year, I know that the success has been because of the love and support from my fans. This song and several others on Texoma Shore are little more throwback, traditional country."

"They take me back to a time when I was growing up in Oklahoma," Blake adds, "when things were a little less complicated. Thank you to my fans for embracing my music both new and old.”

Texoma Shore also happens to be the sixth #1 album of Blake’s career.

You can catch the winningest coach in the history of The Voice Tuesday night on the show’s season finale, which starts at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
