Jennings Bond Denied in Superior Court on Wednesday

In a Bond hearing held on Wednesday morning in Elbert Superior Court Judge Michael E. Hancock denied bond for 19 year old Savannah Jennings.
Jennings is charged with murder, felony murder, malice murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, aggravated assault and concealing the death of another. The victim, Otha Perrin, who died of multiple gunshot wounds, was Jennings’ grandfather and also lived at a Pearl Mill Road residence. Also charged in the case were William Petersen and Dakota Street both Petersen and Street through their attorneys withdrew there petition for a bond hearing at this time and another hearing will be scheduled for a later date.
