Lauren Alaina Goes Down the "Road Less Traveled" with Pop Star Meghan Trainor

Mercury NashvilleLauren Alaina performs her latest top-40 country hit, “Road Less Traveled,” for the first time on TV Thursday morning on the Today show, which starts at 7 a.m. on NBC.

Best New Artist Grammy winner Meghan Trainor is one of Lauren’s co-writers on the tune. The “All About That Bass” hitmaker is developing quite a country pedigree, having already had a number one with the tune she and Dan+Shay’s Shay Mooney wrote for Rascal Flatts, “I Like the Sound of That.”
