Listen: Camila Cabello & Kane Brown harmonize on "Never Be the Same" duet

Epic RecordsShe may no longer be a member of Fifth Harmony, but Camila Cabello has found someone new to harmonize with.  She and Kane Brown have now released their duet version of Camila's pop smash "Never Be the Same."

Camila writes on Twitter, "When we were writing ['Never Be the Same'], [my producer] Frank Dukes kept telling me 'The melodies you're doing make it feel like this could be a country song!!!'  Ever since we finished writing it, I always thought this could be reimagined with a country artist, and I heard Kane Brown's song 'What Ifs' one day and freaked out!"

She continues, "I was like, 'he's the PERFECT artist to do this with'..I'm so so excited about this and I hope you love it as much as I do and thank you Kane for your magical voice, this song tells a different story now."

Kane retweeted Camila's tweet and added, "LET'S GO!"

Both Kane and Camila are nominated for Billboard Music Awards this year, and Camila will perform on the show as well.  Who knows -- she and Kane may even perform the duet live on the show.

Camila will kick off her gig as the opening act for Taylor Swift's Reputation tour May 8 in Glendale, AZ.
