Listen now: Maren Morris recreates Whitney Houston & Mariah Carey’s duet with Pentatonix

ABC/Image Group LA It may be a little early to start listening to Christmas music, but when you’re ready, Maren Morris is standing by to help you usher in the season. The “Rich” hitmaker has teamed up with a capella sensations Pentatonix on a song for their new holiday album, Christmas Is Here!.

Maren and Pentatonix cover 1998’s “When You Believe,” originally written for the animated film The Prince of Egypt, and recorded by Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey.

“Being a part of this song with these freakishly talented people gave me all my throwback choir/musical vibes I needed,” Maren tweeted. “Get in the holiday spirit and listen to Pentatonix’ amazing album now!” she adds.

Kelly Clarkson is also on the record, covering “Grown-Up Christmas List,” which was originally made popular by Amy Grant.
