Luke Bryan’s New No. 1 Is Deeply Personal, Yet Relatable

Capitol Records NashvilleLuke Bryan has a brand new number one with a very personal song he says his fans are as passionate about as he is. But, he admits, at first he wasn't sure he should release ”Huntin,' Fishin' & Lovin' Every Day."

"I've had songs like that on previous albums that spoke that kind of country boy lingo stuff that we were a little hesitant to release to radio," he admits. But Luke adds, the song tells "such a great story of who I am," that he's glad fans seem attached to it. In fact, Luke compares it to his identity building record from his first album.

"It's kind of like what 'We Rode in Trucks' was for me 10 years ago," he says. "Now, it's like my moment to kind of have that song."

Of course is is a song about hunting and fishing, but, says Luke, it's also about "making the most out of life with people that you love.”
