Best-known for the original version of “Wagon Wheel,” Old Crow Medicine Show is the newest artist signed to Columbia Records Nashville. The band crafted the eventual Darius Rucker hit out of an unfinished Bob Dylan tune. Their first Columbia release will be the live 50 Years of Blonde on Blonde, which celebrates Dylan’s iconic album record partially in Music City. It’ll be out April 28.

Darius Rucker sang “Love Do What It Do” with Robert Randolph and the Family Band Tuesday on the Today show. If you missed it, you can watch it online.

Alison Krauss did the Willie Nelson-penned “I Never Cared for You” Monday night on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. You can check out her performance with members of The Cox Family on YouTube. The song is one of the covers on her new Windy City album, which came out Friday.

Kelsea Ballerini's main squeeze Morgan Evans wants to "Kiss Somebody"Warner Nashville/Robby KleinSo far, we’ve gotten to know Australian Morgan Evans mainly as Kelsea Ballerini’s fiancé, and through his mega-mashup covers of established hitmakers. But Friday, we’ll get our first taste of his own music, as Morgan releases his first single for Warner Nashville, titled “Kiss Somebody.”

On his socials, Morgan teases a special “prelude” video that’s coming as well. Inspired by the song’s lyric “sometimes you’ve got to kiss somebody in the back of a cab,” the new clip finds Morgan performing the tune in a vintage taxi, as he rides around Music City on a hot summer night.

As for the person Morgan happens to be kissing in real life, Kelsea has teased that the two definitely plan to make their union official before 2017 comes to a close.
