Burke/Triolo Productions/ThinkstockCMT's Nashville ended its run on Thursday, but fans can relive the series via the final season's soundtrack. The Music of Nashville, Season 6 Volume 2, available now, includes 16 tracks and features a special performance of the Nashville cast singing "A Life That's Good."

Brett Eldredge is set to headline the outdoor stage during an appearance on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! airing August 8. The singer will perform his latest single “Love Someone.” “I am beyond excited to be back on Jimmy Kimmel,” Brett says in a statement. “I have always wanted to throw a party on the outdoor stage and we are about to do just that!"

Music fans can help feed hungry kids this summer thanks to a new partnership with CMT and Bar-S Foods. For every CMT Summer of Music sweepstakes entry now through Labor Day, one meal will be donated to a hungry child via No Kid Hungry, an organization that helps to provide meals to hungry children nationwide.
