No Fashion Victims Here: Maddie & Tae Turn Design Team for Bloomingdale’s

ABC/Image Group LAMaddie & Tae are marrying the attitude of their music with fashion, designing a new line of clothes for Bloomingdale’s. AQUA x Maddie & Tae will be available in mid-August both in stores and online.

“[It] does everything girls like us want!” Maddie Marlow promises. “Super-fun pieces and stuff that’s hip without screaming ‘fashion victim’ -- things you can really wear. And the best part, pieces come in all kinds of colors and fits, so everyone gets to be part of the party. It’s great clothes that are fresh and fun for everyone.”

Taylor Dye agrees -- the two worked hard to make their clothing endeavor practical.

“[It] is dress up and dress down -- go to school, go to work, go out kind of clothes,” Tae says. “When you’re busy like we are… [it] makes it so easy.”

Pieces in the line range from $38 to $498, with Maddie & Tae mounting a tour of Bloomingdale’s stores to promote the brand. They’ll start September 10 in Chicago, before stopping by the 59th Street flagship store in New York City on the 15th, wrapping up with an appearance at Massachusetts' Chestnut Hill location on the 24th.
