Sheriff’s search for Fugitive ends in Capture and Drug Charges

The Elbert County Sheriff’s Office received information that Antwain Tucker was traveling in a gray 2005 Lincoln LS 4 door car bearing Georgia license plate RJC 5183 and was in possession of illegal narcotics.

Officers Located the vehicle and a K-9 officer  deployed K-9 Dixie to the  vehicle at which time the K-9 Dixie gave the indication that she located odor she is trained in, at trunk of vehicle.

A search warrant for vehicle was obtained and resulted in illegal narcotics being located in trunk of vehicle.

 Antwain O’Brien Tucker 29 yoa of a Church St. Bowman, GA address was arrested on charges of:

 (Felony) Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute

(Felony) Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute

Possession of drug related objects

 Mr. Tucker is currently being held at Elbert County Detention Center and a Felony Probation Hold (warrant) has also been served on Mr. Tucker.
