Sightseeing Helicopter Crashes in Tennessee, FAA Says

iStock/Thinkstock(SEVIERVILLE, Tenn.) -- A sightseeing helicopter crashed near Sevierville, Tennessee on Monday afternoon, and was destroyed by fire, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

The Bell 206 helicopter crashed at 3:30 p.m. local time. It was not clear how many people were on board or their conditions, according to the FAA.
