Three Blue Devils to play in FCA All-Star Game

Three Elbert County Blue Devil football seniors have been selected to compete in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes All-Star Game to be played Saturday at noon at Clarke Central High School in Athens.
Elbert County will be represented on the East team by quarterback Kobe Goudelock, running back Tay Huff and offensive lineman Rod Hamm, who helped lead the Blue Devils to a 9-3 overall record in 2017.
The East team also includes athletes from Greene County, Hart County, Monsignor Donovan, Madison County, Athens Academy, Clarke Central, Cedar Shoals and Athens Christian School. Schools represented on the West team include Monroe Area, Walnut Grove, Morgan County, Oconee County, Loganville, Prince Avenue Christian, Winder-Barrow, Apalachee, Social Circle, North Oconee, Bethlehem Christian and Loganville Christian.
Youth football players who wear their team jersey to the game will get in for free.
