Three Dead After Boat Overturns On Allegheny River in Pennsylvania

iStock/Thinkstock(PHILLIPSTON, Pa.) -- Three men were killed after a boat overturned Saturday morning on the Allegheny River in Pennsylvania.

A fourth man in his 70's was found conscious underneath the 21-foot boat, according to ABC News affiliate WTAE-TV, but his condition at a nearby hospital was not immediately available.

Among the victims were a father and son, WTAE-TV reports.

The men were reportedly fishing near their camp in Armstrong County, according to WTAE-TV, and emergency officials responded to someone reporting the incident at 6:30 a.m.

Officials said they were investigating the cause of the accident.
