ABC/Image Group LA Who needs Bono when you’ve got Miranda Lambert and some of the best female voices in country music?

Friday night at Country LakeShake in Chicago, the evening’s all-girl lineup tackled one of U2’s signature songs, their 1987 number one, “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For.”

Maren MorrisLauren AlainaCassadee PopeLindsay Ell and Miranda’s fellow Pistol Annies -- Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley -- all joined the headliner onstage for the once-in-a-lifetime performance.

“A wall of women we are proud to be amongst,” Pistol Annies shared on their socials later, along with a picture of the whole group during the song.

This was the fifth year for Country LakeShake in the Windy City, and the festival’s best-attended gathering so far.
